Description

You will build and maintain backend services for the Order Ahead feature, owning the full development lifecycle from requirements to support.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure REST APIs, data models, and OpenAPI contracts.
• Develop and maintain backend services following SDLC best practices, including documentation and testing.
• Collaborate with teams through the full lifecycle, from technical design to rollout and support.
• Manage work plans, estimates, and technical implementation for new features.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Node.js application and backend service development.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript with a strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming.
• Experience with API integration and REST API development.
• Implementation of secure development best practices using OWASP and/or MITRE standards.
• Experience with formal development processes, including ticketing systems, code repositories, and pull requests.
• Understanding of full-stack development to connect user interfaces to backend systems.
• Ability to work within EST/CST time zones.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GitHub Actions, Harness, and Kubernetes.
