Description

You will design, architect, and deliver scalable backend web projects, owning the full lifecycle from API design to deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver end-to-end web solutions with a focus on backend stability and scalability.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and GraphQL endpoints to support application logic.
• Integrate data storage solutions, including RDBMS and NoSQL databases, ensuring efficient data handling.
• Connect third-party services such as payment gateways and Google Firebase.
• Participate in Agile workflows and conduct peer code reviews to maintain code quality.

Required Skills

• 2-6 years of backend development experience.
• Expertise in Node.js with frameworks like Express.js and Restify.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ES6 standards.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, and JIRA for version control and project management.
• Knowledge of build tools including Bootstrap, Grunt, Babel, and Webpack.
• Understanding of AWS services including EC2, S3, CloudFront, SES, and Code deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WebSockets for real-time communication.
• Experience using Redis for task queues and caching.
• Knowledge of micro-services architecture and containers.
