Description

You will design, develop, and support full-stack cloud-based technical solutions. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend web services and REST APIs using Node.js and Java.
• Build UI components using Angular, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Implement and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS services including ECS, Lambda, and Fargate.
• Handle database inputs and outputs using Node.js and jQuery.
• Collaborate within Agile teams to design, test, and implement full-stack solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall software development experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js and REST API development.
• Extensive experience with AWS services: ECS, Fargate, EC2, Lambda, S3, SQS, RDS, Route53, and IAM.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot for microservices.
• 3+ years of experience writing Node.js unit tests using Jest and Mocha.
• 3+ years of experience with jQuery and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of 12-factor microservice principles and container orchestration using Docker or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Open-Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AngularJS 11+.
• Unit testing experience using Jasmine, Karma, JUnit, or Mockito.
• Background in the Financial Domain.
