Description

You will develop and maintain high-performance, cloud-based REST microservices for mobility applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage mobility backend platforms and QA/Integration services across internal and third-party systems.
• Provide production support, including incident management and bug fixes for applications.
• Own the end-to-end development lifecycle, including creating LLDs, release notes, and deployment documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Solution Architects to deliver backend services meeting business requirements.
• Introduce and maintain technology best practices to keep the product current.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total technology experience, with significant exposure to digital and mobility platforms.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing NodeJS microservices in mobility applications.
• Strong proficiency in NodeJS, Express NodeJS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with database technologies including Oracle, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB.
• Familiarity with development frameworks such as MVC and REST APIs.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation using tools like Gitlab or Nexus.
• Knowledge of engineering practices like design patterns, code refactoring, and building scalable applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or equivalent qualification.
