Description

You will build and support full-stack cloud-based solutions using Node.js and Java. You own the backend services, UI components, and deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend web services and REST APIs using Node.js and Java.
• Build UI components using Angular, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Deploy and manage services using AWS tools including ECS, Lambda, and Fargate.
• Manage database inputs and outputs using Node.js and jQuery.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to design, test, and implement technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Node.js V10.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with jQuery and JavaScript.
• 3+ years of experience with AWS services including ECS, EC2, Lambda, S3, and SQS.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Java, and Angular.
• Experience with REST API development and 12-factor microservice principles.
• Experience writing Node.js unit tests using Jest and Mocha.
• 2+ years of experience handling databases using Node.js.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and RDBMS/NoSQL databases.
