Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable microservices using Node.js and NestJS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain API integrations using AWS services including API Gateway, Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, and Service Discovery.
• Write clean, maintainable TypeScript code and conduct code reviews to mentor junior developers.
• Develop robust APIs and microservices following industry standards for design and versioning.
• Debug and troubleshoot application performance issues across the entire stack.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes and ensure infrastructure security and reliability.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience focusing on Node.js and TypeScript.
• Expertise in designing and developing microservice-based architectures.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services: API Gateway, Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, Service Discovery, and Secrets Manager.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, API design, and versioning.
• Deep knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
• Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting full-stack application performance.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate technical concepts effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Nest.js.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and deployment automation.
