Description

You will build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for the engineering platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js.
• Lead MongoDB integration and optimization efforts to ensure platform scalability.
• Implement code refactoring, unit testing, and continuous integration pipelines.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices.
• Research and integrate new technologies, including AWS and graph databases.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience developing scalable web applications and APIs with Node.js.
• Proficiency in MongoDB and practical experience with microservices architecture.
• Strong experience in code refactoring, unit testing, and maintaining code quality.
• Experience with AWS and other cloud services.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record of mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TypeScript or Angular.
• Familiarity with graph databases.
• Experience with Unity game engine.
