Description

You will build and maintain software products using Node.js and TypeScript, providing design guidance and mentoring other engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop software products using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Provide design guidance and mentor other engineers.
• Write automated unit and acceptance tests using frameworks like Mocha, Selenium, or Puppeteer.
• Operate within an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Manage source code using Git and GitHub.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of progressive software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure.
• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging systems.
• Experience with Temporal.io or other workflow engines.
• Working knowledge of Kotlin or other JVM-based languages.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent documented work experience.
