Description

You will own the backend architecture, building scalable microservices and APIs using TypeScript and Node.js on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and core business logic.
• Develop and maintain serverless microservices within an AWS environment.
• Manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) patterns like CloudFormation or CDK.
• Deploy services to AWS following cloud deployment best practices.
• Apply DevOps and security principles throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep, recent experience with TypeScript for server-side development.
• Proficiency in Node.js and full-stack development concepts.
• Strong expertise in API design and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and serverless architecture.
• Proven ability to use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation or CDK.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS Lambda.
• Experience with DynamoDB and SDK integration.
