Description

You will lead high-risk, complex cross-functional strategic projects from inception to completion.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, sequence activities, and coordinate technical integration to achieve defined OKRs.
• Analyze resource requirements, technology needs, and potential risks to assess solution feasibility.
• Manage project execution against agreed plans, documenting changes and their impact on desired outcomes.
• Review contracts and cost estimates for reasonability while presenting findings and reports to internal clients.
• Collaborate with business, technology, marketing, and legal partners to define project specifications and change management tactics.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a project or program manager, overseeing projects exceeding $5M.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing teams of project professionals and large matrixed teams.
• Demonstrated fluency in both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
• Expertise in business process improvement approaches such as Lean Six Sigma.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.
• Experience using SharePoint, Miro, or similar collaboration tools.
• Proficiency with task management programs such as Rally or Jira.
• Strong verbal, written, and visualization communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Change management certification such as ProSci.
• Experience within the financial industry.
