Description

Manage full-cycle recruitment for specialized non-IT roles within the US staffing market.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates for specialized roles using industry-leading recruiting tools, social media, and ATS.
• Execute the full-cycle recruiting process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates to meet current and future demand.
• Implement sourcing strategies to expand the passive candidate database and referral networks.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
• Proficiency in Boolean search and modern sourcing techniques including AI and social media recruiting.
• Experience with talent mapping, market research, and negotiating offers.
• Practical knowledge of ATS and various sourcing platforms.
• Expertise in talent evaluation, including skill assessments and cultural fit.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationship building.
• Ability to work in a metric-driven, competitive environment.
