Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure Now Assist capabilities in ServiceNow to support AI-assisted user experiences.
• Implement AI-driven features aligned with ServiceNow service management workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and supporting systems as needed.
• Support testing and release readiness for ServiceNow enhancements.

Skills Required:

• 7 - 9 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow and AI-enabled solutions AI (Artificial Intelligence)
• ServiceNow development experience for Now Assist implementation
• Scalable solution design within the ServiceNow platform
• API/integration experience in ServiceNow environments
• Strong hands-on experience delivering enterprise applications on ServiceNow

Good to Have:

• ServiceNow (platform) experience

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
