Description

You will develop, communicate, and execute product-specific supply plans for all relevant markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy supply plans based on sales forecasts, new product introduction plans, and planning parameters.
• Coordinate with internal and external manufacturers to deliver finished goods and bulk drug products according to scheduled timelines.
• Optimize inventory positions to minimize excess and obsolete stock while maintaining uninterrupted supply.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Regulatory, and R&D to resolve supply-impacting issues.
• Execute supply plans in support of new product introduction project timelines.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain.
• Proven experience in at least three of the following: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Materials Management, Inventory Management, or Sales & Operations Planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical GMP environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage planning for multiple products simultaneously.
• BS or MS in Supply Chain, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications from APICS, ISM, or other accredited professional organizations.
