You will develop, communicate, and execute product-specific supply plans for all relevant markets.
Responsibilities
Develop and deploy supply plans based on sales forecasts, new product introduction plans, and planning parameters.
Coordinate with internal and external manufacturers to deliver finished goods and bulk drug products according to scheduled timelines.
Optimize inventory positions to minimize excess and obsolete stock while maintaining uninterrupted supply.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Regulatory, and R&D to resolve supply-impacting issues.
Execute supply plans in support of new product introduction project timelines.
Required Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain.
Proven experience in at least three of the following: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Materials Management, Inventory Management, or Sales & Operations Planning.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical GMP environments.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage planning for multiple products simultaneously.
BS or MS in Supply Chain, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
Certifications from APICS, ISM, or other accredited professional organizations.
