Description

Develop and execute product-specific supply plans for new product introductions across relevant markets.

Responsibilities

• Deploy supply plans based on sales forecasts and new product introduction timelines.
• Coordinate with internal and external manufacturers to deliver finished goods and bulk drug products on schedule.
• Optimize inventory positions to minimize excess and obsolete stock while ensuring uninterrupted supply.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Regulatory, and R&D to resolve supply-impacting issues.
• Execute supply plans within new product introduction projects to support established project milestones.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain management.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Hands-on experience in at least three of: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Materials Management, Inventory Management, or Sales & Operations Planning.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical GMP environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• BS or MS in Supply Chain, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications or continuous learning with APICS or ISM.
