Description

Develop network automation solutions for large-scale data centers using Python and JavaScript.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation solutions and automated tests using the pytest framework.
• Build REST API servers using Django or Flask to interface with VMware products.
• Own the release pipeline and API integrations for VMware infrastructure.
• Manage application deployments using Docker containers and Kubernetes.
• Maintain and support networks utilizing VMware NSX-T servers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network automation and development.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript for automation and API integration.
• Experience with VMware stack: NSX-T, vCenter, SDDC Manager, and vRealize Orchestrator.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and JSON object manipulation.
• Experience with Linux environments, specifically Red Hat distributions.
• Proficiency in Bash/Shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git/BitBucket.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Kustomize YAML configurations.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of networking protocols: BGP, VRF, MPLS, IP, TCP, and UDP.
• UI development experience using React, HTML, and CSS.
