Description

You will design and maintain solution architectures and roadmaps to consolidate collaboration suite service towers into a coordinated strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design future state reference architectures ensuring security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Own overall governance and global technical administration of the collaboration suite.
• Partner with service owner leads to develop delivery plans aligned with the collaboration strategy.
• Conduct research and provide recommendations on existing collaboration environment standards and configurations.
• Provide high-level analysis, reporting on application health, and expert-level support for escalated technical issues within SLAs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in architecture or technical administration.
• Experience managing service owner relationships and delivery plans.
• Expertise in managing solutions within defined SLAs.
• Ability to develop business cases and technical presentations for management.
• Experience reviewing test plans and scripts for coverage and effectiveness.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
