Description

You will manage the messaging platform's experience and drive engineering projects for new services and major changes to the messaging portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery of Office 365 and ancillary services with an emphasis on supplier management, SLA compliance, and operational excellence.
• Execute key projects to advance messaging capabilities including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Intune, Proofpoint, and Condeco.
• Coordinate annual disaster recovery testing with suppliers.
• Partner with vendors, IT Security, and Compliance to implement data protection and data loss prevention strategies.
• Follow ITIL processes for incident, change, problem, and request management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in messaging technologies, specifically Office 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Intune, Proofpoint, and Condeco.
• Proficiency in writing PowerShell scripts to automate common tasks.
• Proven experience executing technical projects involving cross-functional teams.
• Ability to document requirements, establish scope, and determine implementation strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in a technology field.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate information and decompose high-level requirements into technical details.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Yammer, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Zoom.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using ServiceNow and ITIL methodology.
• Experience working within an Agile (SAFe) methodology.
