Description

You will own the technical delivery and operational excellence of the Office 365 messaging platform and ancillary services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery of Office 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Intune, Proofpoint, and Condeco.
• Drive engineering projects for new services and major changes to the messaging portfolio.
• Partner with IT Security and Compliance to implement data protection and data loss prevention strategies.
• Coordinate annual disaster recovery testing with suppliers and ensure SLA compliance.
• Follow ITIL processes for incident, change, problem, and request management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in messaging technologies, specifically Office 365 and Exchange Online.
• Proficiency in writing PowerShell scripts to automate common tasks.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Yammer, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Zoom.
• Proven experience executing technical projects involving cross-functional teams.
• Ability to document requirements, establish scope, and determine implementation strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in a technology field.
• Strong analytical skills to decompose high-level requirements into technical details.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using ServiceNow and ITIL methodology.
• Experience working within an Agile (SAFe) methodology.
