Description

You will design and secure Microsoft Office 365 solutions within a large global environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects focused on securing the Office 365 environment.
• Author architectural and operational handbooks to transition tasks from Engineering to Operational teams.
• Consult on design approaches to solve complex business problems and define process standards.
• Provide L3 incident management guidance and support to operational teams.
• Identify methods to monitor service stability and reduce service disruptions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office 365 systems.
• Expertise in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proven experience in the design phase of complex systems projects.
• Experience designing for performance, security, availability, monitoring, and support.
• Ability to write and edit solution designs for new systems or enhancements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to influence others and mentor operational teams.
• Any Graduate degree.
