Description

You will lead the design, architecture, and management of end-user computing and infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end projects, including solution roadmaps, POCs, and technical initiatives with minimal direction.
• Manage Windows 10 deployments through in-place upgrades, OS refreshes, and replacements.
• Develop end-to-end provisioning processes using Windows Autopilot and Microsoft Intune.
• Implement and manage VDI and DaaS solutions, including OS imaging and user profile engineering.
• Drive modern device management transformations through co-management using Intune and MECM.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in End User Computing and Infrastructure.
• Expertise in SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune for Windows 10 deployment and management.
• Experience with VDI/DaaS implementation using VMware or Microsoft solutions.
• Proficiency with Windows Autopilot and modern OS deployment mechanics.
• Strong knowledge of Azure cloud platform, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell, VBScript, and WMI for automation.
• Technical knowledge of Application Packaging, Group Policy, and security patching.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph, Azure Alerts, Monitoring, and Endpoint Analytics.
• Familiarity with cloud management tools like Terraform or Nerdio and Azure Image Library.
• Knowledge of Apple iOS/hardware and Android mobile products in enterprise environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with co-management strategies involving Intune and MECM.
