Description

Manage and maintain the O365 and Exchange messaging infrastructure in a hybrid environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Exchange permissioning, compliance, journaling features, and user licenses.
• Execute Exchange version updates, security patches, and server certificate renewals.
• Perform bulk operations and administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
• Coordinate with internal technology groups and external service providers to resolve global outages and technical issues.
• Administer Active Directory, room mailboxes, and external user management.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience with at least 12 years of relevant messaging experience.
• Expertise in O365 and Exchange site administration.
• Hands-on experience in Exchange Hybrid environments.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for bulk operations.
• Deep knowledge of Active Directory and user permission management.
• Experience with migration tools and Exchange permission management.
• Knowledge of SailPoint.
