Description

You will manage automotive controls and diagnostics for diesel engines and aftertreatment systems. You own the control strategies using model-based design principles and apply OBD guidelines to engine calibration.

Responsibilities

• Develop control strategies using model-based design principles.
• Apply OBD guidelines and regulatory requirements to engine calibration.
• Perform statistical analysis of engine data to validate performance.
• Lead technical discussions and present detailed visual findings to stakeholders.
• Manage tasks through the full software development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 6-12+ years of experience in automotive controls and diagnostics.
• Proficiency in Matlab and Simulink.
• Deep knowledge of diesel engines and aftertreatment systems.
• Understanding of OBD regulations and compliance guidelines.
• Experience with model-based design (MBD).
• Competency in statistical data analysis.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Ability to present complex technical details visually.
