Description

You will administer and support OBIEE and ODI environments in an enterprise setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer OBIEE and ODI environments, including installation and configuration of OBIEE 11g, OAS, ODI 11g/12c, DAC, and Informatica.
• Perform performance tuning in OBIEE and gather performance metrics for report measures.
• Execute migration techniques for OBIEE components across test and production environments.
• Troubleshoot technical issues on both the server and presentation sides.
• Gather, understand, and document reporting requirements from various functional groups.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience administering OBIEE/BI environments.
• 3+ years of experience administering ODI environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of OBIEE admin/metadata tools, security, web catalog, and RPD.
• Strong Oracle database skills.
• Working knowledge of Informatica repository and migration of custom repository objects.
• Experience with Linux environments.
• Experience in application support and database applications.
• Understanding of standard system development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts.

Preferred Skills

• 8 to 10 years as an Oracle Systems Administrator in an enterprise environment.
