Description

Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for the OBIEE 12c analytics environment, ensuring system availability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve user-reported incidents and service requests for OBIEE reports and dashboards.
• Design, develop, and deploy new OBIEE reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
• Maintain and update the OBIEE repository (RPD), ensuring data integrity and proper security roles.
• Perform performance tuning of OBIEE reports, queries, and RPD models.
• Monitor the BI environment to ensure reliability and troubleshoot issues related to data sources.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with OBIEE 12c administration and development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Deep understanding of Oracle Database structures and Data Warehousing concepts.
• Experience with ETL processes and managing data flows.
• Proven ability in performance tuning for BI queries and reports.
• Knowledge of Star Schemas, Dimensional Hierarchies, and Aggregations.
• Ability to modify existing RPD models and dashboards based on feedback.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
• Familiarity with R12 Oracle Financials General Ledger and Accounts Receivable table structures.
• Background in financial services, consulting, or enterprise environments.
