Description

Design, develop, and implement banking applications using Oracle Flexcube and OBPM.

You will own the full SDLC for core banking features including payments, loans, deposits, and account management. You will troubleshoot system issues to ensure performance and minimal downtime. You will collaborate with QA, infrastructure, and business analysts to integrate Flexcube with other banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize banking applications using Oracle Banking Payment and Flexcube.
• Manage the full SDLC of Flexcube modules, covering planning, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Flexcube system issues to ensure performance and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with QA, infrastructure, and business analysts to integrate Flexcube with other banking systems.
• Apply working knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• Proven experience working with Oracle Flexcube or OBPM in a banking environment.
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Strong understanding of core banking processes, including payments, loans, deposits, and treasury.
• Experience integrating Flexcube with external banking applications and platforms.
• Experience navigating the full SDLC.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Flexcube upgrades, patches, and version migrations.
• Oracle Flexcube certification.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
