Description

Support the observability team by maintaining monitoring and logging infrastructure, analyzing system health, and implementing New Relic workflows to aid in troubleshooting and stack maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system health and performance using established observability tools.
• Implement New Relic workflows to support team objectives.
• Analyze logs and metrics to assist in system troubleshooting.
• Contribute to the ongoing maintenance of the observability stack.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in observability or monitoring roles.
• Hands-on experience with New Relic.
• Experience with Datadog.
• Experience with Splunk.
• Experience with Dynatrace.
• Experience with Elasticsearch/Kibana.
• Foundational understanding of observability principles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
