Description

You will monitor and maintain system observability across distributed infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot logging and monitoring solutions to ensure system health.
• Implement and optimize observability tools, with a primary focus on New Relic.
• Analyze metrics and logs to identify performance bottlenecks and anomalies.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve monitoring coverage and alerting accuracy.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in system observability or related infrastructure roles.
• Proven experience with at least one major observability platform: New Relic, Datadog, Splunk, ElasticSearch/Kibana, or Dynatrace.
• Strong understanding of observability principles, including metrics, logs, and traces.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to New Relic if your background is in another tool.
• Experience working in remote, distributed team environments.
