Description

You will own the implementation and support of observability platforms.

Responsibilities

• Enhance, administer, and support observability platforms including Splunk, Dynatrace, Zabbix, NewRelic, Grafana, FullStory, and PagerDuty.
• Apply monitoring and observability best practices to improve system availability, performance, and service quality.
• Analyze complex business and technical challenges and recommend effective monitoring and observability solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure and application monitoring initiatives.
• Drive innovation in observability solutions for B2C and B2B platforms, backend systems, and supply chain services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Prometheus, ELK Stack, Grafana, AppDynamics, and New Relic.
• Strong understanding of monitoring concepts, metrics, logs, traces, and alerting strategies.
• Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Experience working with performance monitoring tools such as PerfMon and related developer tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application performance issues.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional engineering and operations teams.
