Description

You will own the implementation and management of system observability across our infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage observability dashboards using GCP Cloud Monitoring and Grafana.
• Implement and maintain monitoring pipelines with Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and ELK.
• Integrate observability solutions with ITSM platforms including ServiceNow and Jira Service Management.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance system reliability and incident response.
• Drive adoption of modern observability practices using tools like Quantum Metrics, Faro, Tempo, and Glean.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with Prometheus and OpenTelemetry.
• Proficiency with GCP and Grafana.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira Service Management.
• Experience building monitoring pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Quantum Metrics, Faro, Tempo, or Glean.
• Knowledge of ELK stack implementation.
