Description

You will design and maintain full-stack observability solutions for distributed systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance Grafana dashboards aligned with specific business requirements.
• Implement and manage OpenTelemetry pipelines, including collectors, receivers, processors, and exporters.
• Analyze logs, traces, and metrics to identify root causes and resolve production issues.
• Monitor system stability across environments and provide rotating on-call support.
• Manage IT projects, documentation, and process improvements while ensuring security compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack observability and monitoring.
• Strong proficiency with Kubernetes for containerized environment management.
• Hands-on experience building visualizations and alerting rules in Grafana.
• Deep understanding of OpenTelemetry architecture and instrumentation.
• Experience with Datadog for metrics, logs, and traces.
• Ability to analyze complex distributed system behavior using traces and metrics.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
