Description

You will design and implement a full-stack business observability solution using New Relic, aligning technical metrics with business KPIs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end observability architecture using New Relic components including APM, Infra, Logs, Browser, Synthetic, and Mobile.
• Define instrumentation strategies across services, applications, APIs, containers, and cloud or on-prem infrastructure.
• Align observability solutions with business KPIs, SLAs, SLIs, and SLOs.
• Architect integrations between observability tools and ITSM, CI/CD, and collaboration platforms.
• Establish governance and best practices for tagging, alerting, and entity mapping.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT Operations or Architecture.
• 3+ years of dedicated experience in Observability.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of the New Relic platform.
• Experience integrating New Relic with AWS, Azure, GCP, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with OpenTelemetry and telemetry data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of microservices, DevOps, and SRE principles.
• Bachelor's degree.
