Description

You will design and implement observability solutions, building pipelines to collect, aggregate, and analyze metrics, logs, and traces. You will leverage AI/ML models and LLMs for predictive analysis, anomaly detection, and classification of observability signals. You are responsible for monitoring system performance, managing log infrastructure, and participating in incident response to minimize downtime.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement observability pipelines to handle unstructured data from diverse sources.
• Build and train AI/ML models for predictive analysis, anomaly prediction, and classification.
• Monitor application and infrastructure health to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Analyze collected data to identify trends, spot anomalies, and enable proactive issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate observability practices and manage incident response.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building observability stacks.
• Strong experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
• Proficiency in leveraging LLMs and building AI/ML models.
• Experience handling unstructured data and log management.
• Ability to analyze metrics, logs, and traces for system insights.
• Experience with incident response and performance monitoring.
• Azure experience is preferred.
• Any Graduate degree.
