Description

You will plan, implement, and maintain system monitoring and observability artifacts for a complex enterprise network.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems supporting Wi-Fi and High-Speed Data platforms.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Datadog, Grafana, and Splunk.
• Integrate observability across the tech stack, including APM, NPM, SNMP, log aggregation, and JVM monitoring.
• Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to implement end-to-end monitoring and alerting strategies.
• Automate monitoring tasks and data collection using Python or Bash scripting.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in systems monitoring, observability, or a related engineering role.
• Hands-on experience with Datadog, Splunk, and Grafana for dashboarding and metrics visualization.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Bash for automation and scripting.
• Familiarity with APM, NPM, SNMP, and log aggregation tools.
• Experience with JVM monitoring and network device observability.
• Strong understanding of Wi-Fi technologies and performance analysis.
• Experience working in Git-based environments and version-controlled projects.
