Description

You own the design and implementation of the observability stack.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create observability pipelines that collect, aggregate, and analyze data from metrics, logs, and traces.
• Monitor application and infrastructure health continuously to ensure high availability.
• Analyze collected data to identify trends, spot anomalies, and derive system insights.
• Manage logs for effective collection, storage, and analysis to aid diagnosis.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Experience building Observability Stacks.
• Proficiency with Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
• Experience with Azure.
• Experience developing AI/ML models for predictive analysis and anomaly detection on observability signals.
• Experience handling unstructured data.
• Familiarity with leveraging LLMs.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on observability integration.
