Description

You will support IT applications operations teams using effective monitoring and event management solutions across distributed applications in local, cloud, and virtualized environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tools, automation, and frameworks for monitoring, batch, and reporting functions.
• Install, configure, and maintain all system deployments.
• Implement event management processes and automation.
• Configure and maintain central monitoring platforms.
• Troubleshoot incidents, escalate issues, and perform problem-solving.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations.
• Experience with Systems Administration.
• Proficiency in scripting/programming and engineering infrastructure batch and monitoring tools.
• Experience with Splunk.
• Experience with Dynatrace.
• Experience with Ansible.
• Experience designing and upgrading production monitoring tools.
