Description

You will design, implement, and maintain full-stack observability solutions across distributed systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain observability platforms using Dynatrace, including distributed tracing, RUM, and synthetic monitoring.
• Build Grafana dashboards with Prometheus, Loki, and Tempo to visualize service health and KPIs.
• Define telemetry standards for metrics, logs, and traces to ensure consistent instrumentation.
• Develop SLOs, SLIs, and Error Budgets for critical services based on business objectives.
• Automate monitoring configuration using Terraform, APIs, and Dynatrace Configuration as Code.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in observability or SRE roles.
• Deep expertise with Dynatrace OneAgent deployment on Linux, Windows, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Distributed tracing (PurePath), RUM, and Synthetic Monitoring.
• Strong command of Dynatrace Query Language (DQL) for analysis and dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry (OTel) specification and instrumentation.
• Experience managing cloud-native stacks (EKS, AKS, GKE).
• Proficiency with logging systems such as Splunk, ELK, or Loki.
• Ability to write complex queries in DQL, LogQL, or SQL.
• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SRE principles and reliability scorecards.
• Experience defining and enforcing organization-wide telemetry standards.
