Description

You will design, configure, and maintain observability solutions to ensure system performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain monitoring tools including SolarWinds and Dynatrace.
• Monitor server, network infrastructure, and application performance metrics to identify trends.
• Troubleshoot outages and complex issues to identify root causes alongside development teams.
• Automate alerting and remediation processes to reduce MTTR and improve uptime.
• Conduct capacity planning and forecasting to ensure scalability of IT systems.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in observability, operations, or DevOps domains.
• Hands-on experience installing and configuring Dynatrace and SolarWinds.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including Perl, Shell, or JavaScript.
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible or Puppet.
• Experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex infrastructure issues.
