Description

You will design, configure, and maintain observability solutions to ensure system performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain monitoring tools including Dynatrace and SolarWinds.
• Monitor server, network infrastructure, and application performance metrics to identify trends.
• Troubleshoot outages and work with development teams to identify root causes.
• Automate alerting and remediation processes to reduce MTTR.
• Conduct capacity planning and forecasting to ensure system scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on incident, change, and problem management.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in observability, operations, or DevOps domains.
• Hands-on experience installing, setting up, and configuring Dynatrace and SolarWinds.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with Kubernetes container orchestration.
• Knowledge of CI/CD workflows and Jenkins.
• Programming skills in Perl, Shell, or JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure monitoring and observability best practices.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for diagnosing complex issues.
