Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead monitoring and observability projects.
• Implement and support APM and observability tools.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability.
• Support Linux, Windows, and container platforms.
• Manage monitoring solutions for enterprise environments.
• Lead and mentor technical teams.
• Drive performance improvements and operational excellence.
• Ensure monitoring standards and best practices are followed.
• Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience Required:

• 8-15 years of IT experience.
• 3-6 years of experience in monitoring and observability projects.
• Experience with APM tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Datadog, Instana, or New Relic.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or similar monitoring tools.
• Experience with Linux, Windows, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Experience leading small to medium-sized teams.
• Knowledge of SRE, DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code is preferred.
