Description

Lead monitoring and observability initiatives, managing technical teams to improve system reliability and operational excellence.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technical teams in monitoring and observability projects.
• Implement and support APM tools and observability platforms across enterprise environments.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and automation.
• Ensure monitoring standards, best practices, and SRE principles are followed.

Required Skills

• 8-15 years of IT experience, including 3-6 years in monitoring and observability.
• Proficiency with APM tools: AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Datadog, Instana, or New Relic.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or similar monitoring stacks.
• Strong background in Linux, Windows, Kubernetes, or OpenShift environments.
• Proven experience leading small to medium-sized technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SRE, DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
