Description

You will design and implement the roadmap for Platform Ops, integrating AI and machine learning to automate operational workflows across private cloud and hyperscaler environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish architecture governance, design standards, and policies prioritizing security, reliability, and scalability.
• Automate IT operational processes for service provisioning, configuration, and management.
• Develop operational data monitoring, analysis, and automated remediation solutions.
• Collaborate with application development and infrastructure teams to support business processes through new automation strategies.
• Drive the implementation of AI for IT Operations to streamline workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level solution design and implementation.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and DevOps tools including Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience with performance monitoring and observability platforms such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog, Grafana, and ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration at scale.
• Knowledge of Tier 1 vendor technologies across on-premises and hyperscaler cloud environments.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous change projects across different geographies.

• Degree in any graduate field.
