Description

You will design, implement, and maintain the observability platform to ensure system transparency and reliability across distributed environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop observability solutions to monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot distributed systems.
• Implement and configure monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting systems for infrastructure and applications.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to provide actionable insights into system health.
• Investigate and resolve incidents by analyzing telemetry data to identify root causes.
• Optimize observability tooling to improve system reliability, performance, and scalability.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience as an Observability Engineer or in a similar production environment role.
• Proficiency with Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, and ELK stack.
• Experience with OTEL standards and tools.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Knowledge of AWS or other cloud computing platforms.
• Programming or scripting proficiency in Java, Python, or Go.
• Experience implementing automated remediation and self-healing alerting systems.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues within distributed systems.
