Description

Design and lead scalable observability frameworks for clinical platform systems, owning telemetry, alerting, and data pipeline architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable observability frameworks, telemetry systems, and unified alerting mechanisms.
• Build backend services, microservices, APIs, and SDKs for platform-wide observability integration.
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines to process and analyze system telemetry and observability data.
• Implement monitoring solutions using Datadog and collaborate with DevOps to optimize CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues by analyzing logs, metrics, and traces to improve system reliability.

Required Skills

• 6-12 years of experience in backend, software, or platform engineering.
• Strong expertise in Python and/or .NET for backend and API development.
• Proven experience building observability solutions, including telemetry, monitoring, and alerting systems.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with ETL pipelines and data processing workflows.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Datadog.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI/ML-based observability, anomaly detection, or predictive analytics.
