Description

Lead the end-to-end architecture and delivery of an enterprise observability and anomaly detection platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable telemetry pipelines for logs, metrics, traces, and data validation.
• Enable AI/ML-driven anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and automated remediation.
• Define governance standards, security controls, and cost-effective platform architecture.
• Align observability capabilities with business SLAs, SLOs, and reliability objectives.
• Drive cross-team collaboration and operational enablement across stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in observability platforms such as Splunk, Grafana, and Datadog.
• Proven experience designing AI-enabled anomaly detection solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional enterprise platform initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SLAs and SLOs.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
