Description

Manage observability services and site reliability for high-traffic web environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site observability using AppDynamics, Elastic Search, ELK, Kibana, AWS CloudWatch, AWS X-Ray, and Azure Performance Insight.
• Drive SRE initiatives including MTTD/MTTR reduction, FMEA analysis, chaos engineering, regional failover, and autoscaling.
• Optimize AWS microservices (Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, Redis) to manage CPU and memory usage.
• Perform client-side analysis focusing on Core Web Vitals, web resource optimization, scroll depth, and SEO metrics.
• Build monitoring dashboards using AppDynamics, Kibana, AWS CloudWatch, and Grafana.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering and Observability.
• Proven expertise in AWS service optimization including Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, and Redis.
• Deep understanding of client-side analysis, Core Web Vitals, and web resource optimization.
• Experience with REST API and SOAP performance optimization.
• Proficiency in creating dashboards with ELK stack, Grafana, or AppDynamics.
• Knowledge of regional failover and auto-failover strategies.
• Ability to perform data analysis for web performance and SEO metrics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Catchpoint.
• Experience with New Relic APM.
