Description

Design, deploy, and manage scalable infrastructure within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement OCI solutions, including migrating on-premises workloads to the cloud.
  • Write and modify Terraform scripts to automate deployments and manage OCI infrastructure.
  • Configure network layers, including VCN, subnets, security lists, route tables, and firewalls.
  • Execute disaster recovery designs and implement high availability architectures for production applications.
  • Manage OS patches, upgrades, and security vulnerabilities while supporting Zero Trust Architecture.

Required Skills

  • 6+ years of IT experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • 2+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud implementation in a senior capacity.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform for OCI infrastructure management.
  • Deep knowledge of OCI tenancy, compartments, networking, and storage (FSS, Block Volume, Object Storage).
  • Experience provisioning compute nodes, virtual machines, and managing SSL certificate renewals.
  • Practical knowledge of HA and DR concepts in cloud environments.
  • Experience with Git code repositories and ITIL-based service delivery (Incident, Change, Capacity Management).

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
  • Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies.
