Description

You will manage and support the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor environment usage and adhere to established change environment policies, including creating golden copies.
• Serve as the single point of contact for security administration and user onboarding across OCI tenants.
• Manage various OCI tenants hosting Oracle products, ERP Fusion, and Accounting Foundation across different environments, handling associated security.
• Implement new products and manage upgrades, including application nuances within the OCI infrastructure.
• Assess the business impact of infrastructure changes, particularly concerning Business Continuity Planning and EPM Whitelisting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure management or cloud engineering.
• Deep working knowledge of Oracle and OCI.
• Experience managing multi-tenant OCI environments supporting Oracle products.
• Understanding of SaaS and PaaS implementations, including prebuilt applications.
• Critical thinking regarding OCI and client-specific environments.
• Knowledge of Oracle integration cloud services.
• Understanding of security administration within cloud environments.
