Description

You will manage, configure, and maintain Red Hat and Oracle Linux systems in an on-site environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and migrate Red Hat and Oracle Enterprise Linux systems.
• Manage disks, filesystems, and Linux LVM administration.
• Handle user management, package management, and YUM configuration.
• Execute OS patching, upgrades, and system hardening.
• Configure and troubleshoot core services including NFS, SSH, FTP, Sendmail, NTP, and DNS.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Red Hat and Oracle Linux administration.
• Proficiency in networking fundamentals, subnetting, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with IPTables and Firewalld for security monitoring.
• Strong understanding of disk and filesystem management.
• Knowledge of system hardening and performance tuning.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with shell scripting and automation using Ansible.
• Knowledge of LDAP directory services and Pacemaker cluster administration.
