You will manage organizational change management activities to ensure end-user adoption and successful project execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management, communications, and training plans.
• Perform stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, and communications assessments.
• Create weekly executive summaries and high-quality reports to inform senior leadership decision-making.
• Coach project teams on industry best practices to improve cross-functional coordination.
• Execute communications plans for CRM projects to provide agency-wide transparency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience using OCM methodologies such as PROSCI.
• 5+ years of experience developing change management, communications, and training plans.
• 5+ years of experience coaching project teams and providing guidance on industry best practices.
• 5+ years of experience engaging with all levels of employees.
• 3+ years of experience on large IT efforts with agency-wide impact.
• 3+ years of experience creating tailored reports and executive summaries for leadership.
• 3+ years of experience developing content for non-technical users.
• 3+ years of experience maintaining relationships across IT and agency departments.
• PROSCI certification.
