Description

You will own the organizational change management strategy and execution within an IT organization.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage organizational change across IT projects and operations.
• Conduct Stakeholder Analysis, Leadership Alignment, and Change Impact Analysis.
• Develop and execute Communication and Engagement Plans.
• Design and manage Training Needs Analysis and Development activities.
• Measure and report on organizational change effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years in IT change management, with 2-3 years focused on IT initiatives.
• Experience managing large-scale IT change initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Proven ability to lead adoption across multiple teams or departments.
• Working knowledge of frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or Lean.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end change management processes, including Stakeholder Analysis and Change Measurement.
• Proficiency in applying Agile and change principles to manage scope and risk.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to create professional documents in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, IT, Business Management, or related field.
